Suspension for Illness or injury
To request a suspension, please email [email protected] accompanied with a medical certificate issued by a medical practitioner registered by AHPRA that states the student’s name and the period of illness or injury.
As per our Terms and Conditions, you may suspend direct debits due to an illness or injury suffered by the student provided it is greater than two weeks.
Verbal requests will not be accepted, and suspension requests can not be backdated.
Direct debit payments will recommence on the next cycle after the end date nominated, and wherever possible we will place the student in the same class as before the suspension.
Please note make up lessons are not available.
