Enrolments to our Program are taken via email ([email protected]) or by completing the pro forma under the Enrol tab.
We will be in touch to organise an in-water assessment to ascertain your child’s correct level.
Enrolment and direct debit details must be completed at time of enrolment.
A $45 administration fee will be applied to your first debit for each individual enrolment.
The 49 week program is debited over a 12 month cycle.
Payments are debited on the 15th of each month via Ezidebit, from an electronic bank transfer or credit card other than American Express.
We reserve the right to cancel enrolments if Ezidebit payment fail 3 times consecutively and payment has not been rectified.
Family discount – A four percent (4%) discount per child will apply to families with 3 or more children.
Multiple lessons – A discount of four percent (4%) is applied across both lessons when an additional weekly lesson is undertaken by a child.
Only one discount applies at once ie they do not compound.
Lessons that fall on a public holiday will not be charged for. Our Ezidebit system considers public holidays and payments are adjusted accordingly. We observe the Geelong Cup as a public holiday in lieu of the Melbourne Cup.
To suspend lessons please complete the form under the Suspension/Cancellation tab. A completed form must be received two (2) weeks prior to your last lesson.

Lessons are not refundable, and we do not offer credits or make up lessons.
GSC LTS reserves the right to cancel or change classes and/or teachers or move students at any time.
Families and students will be sent a link to the Thinksmart Portal and provided a barcode which should be scanned before the commencement of each lesson to register the Childs attendance. The mobile phone number used for your enrolment may also be used in lieu of the barcode.
The type of personal information we collect is set out on the Thinksmart Portal is for purposes including to contact and communicate with you, for internal record keeping and marketing.
We may use information for purposes including to provide our products and services to you, and as required by law.
Access: You may request details of personal information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information Correction: If you believe that any information, we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please update it through our Thinksmart Portal.

Once enrolled at GSCLTS you acknowledge and consent to photographs, videos and any electronic images being taken of you and your children during your participation in GSCLTS lessons and other activities and events organised by GSCLTS by our professional staff.
From time to time, GSCLTS uses video as part of its teaching curriculum to provide feedback to students, improve student’s technique and further enhance skill acquisition. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure the security of the devices and information contained.
You acknowledge and agree that such photographs, videos and images are owned by GSCLTS and that GSCLTS may use photographs for promotional or other purposes without further consent being necessary.

Parents are required to provide constant and direct supervision of their children in and around water and are responsible for toileting of children.
Each student 10 years or under must be always supervised by a responsible parent/guardian 16 years or older while in the facility.
Parents/Guardians are reminded that children and siblings cannot wander throughout the CCG Sports and Aquatic complex and use other facilities (i.e. Basketball court, Gymnastics equipment). GSCLTS and CCG accept no liability or responsibility for any injury suffered as a result.
