To suspend lessons please complete this form. The form must be received two weeks prior to your last lesson.
Your Ezi Debit will be adjusted to reflect this date. If we do not receive the form on time, the following month will be charged.
Students are unenrolled from the program and Ezi Debits cease for the duration of the lesson suspension.
Please email our administration team on [email protected] to re-enrol back into lessons. There is a $45 administration fee when the swimmer is re-enrolled.
Suspension request cannot be backdated.
