To suspend lessons please complete this form. On receipt of your completed suspension form you will be un-enrolled from the program and a credit applied for the remainder of lessons in the 4-week debit cycle.
Please note to re-enrol you must email the LTS team on [email protected] and a $45 administration fee will apply when the student is re-enrolled.
A suspension request cannot be backdated and verbal request will not be accepted.
To activate a cancellation please complete this form. Your completed cancellation form must be received by the week prior to the next scheduled debit.
If this is not received, you will be debited and remain enrolled for the next 4-week period and your cancellation processed the following cycle.
